Please keep in mind the following before submitting your application:

Ensure that your application is complete and that any supporting documents are attached
Both organizations and individuals are invited to submit grant applications.
Grant applications may be submitted at any point during the year. It will take a minimum of 45 days for a decision to be made on a given application so organizations and individuals are encouraged to submit applications early.

2. In 500 words or less, describe your project’s goals and feasibility, including how it falls within scope of cultural, educational and / or recreational projects that the UNF Foundation may fund. Please provide information on any preliminary work or research already completed and offer a timeline for your project, explaining how and when it will be completed.(Required)

3. In 500 words or less, explain how your project will benefit the Ukrainian Canadian National Federation of Canada and / or the Ukrainian Canadian community at large.(Required)

4. Provide a proposed budget, listing any contributions that you have received (or expect to receive) from other sources (e.g. grants, donations, sponsorships, etc.). Your proposed budget should also include information on anticipated costs (e.g. venue, food/drinks, honorarium, event promotion, etc.), as well as estimated revenue (e.g. ticket sales, food/drink sales, etc.). Please note that transportation/shipping costs are not eligible for funding by the UNF Foundation. You may submit your proposed budget in an Excel spreadsheet.(Required)
